Step one: check the group is on your line
TiviMate is a player with no content of its own, so when no adult group appears, look at the source before the settings. On a new Dream IPTV line the 18+ category stays off until the account holder requests it and confirms they are an adult aged 18 or over.
Once it has been switched on, open TiviMate’s Settings, go to Playlists, pick your playlist and choose Update so the new group downloads.
Unlocking adult channels in TiviMate
- Open Settings and go to Parental control.
- Create a PIN, or type the existing one if this device already has a lock.
- Lock or unlock the 18+ group from that menu or by long-pressing the group in the channel list, depending on your version.
- Group missing entirely? Go to Settings, Playlists, your playlist, Manage groups and tick it again. It was hidden, not deleted.
Labels can differ a little from one TiviMate release to the next; the route above stays close.

How do I unlock adult channels in TiviMate?
Set a PIN under Settings, Parental control, then unlock the 18+ group with that code. If the group is not in the list at all, unhide it under Manage groups in your playlist settings.
Why are there no adult channels in TiviMate?
Either the category is not on your line yet or the group is hidden. On Dream IPTV it is off on new lines until requested; after it is added, update the playlist in TiviMate.
What is the TiviMate parental PIN?
A code you create on the device, not something we send. If you forget it, clearing the app's data resets it without affecting your subscription.
Can I remove the adult category completely?
Yes. Ask support and it comes off the line on every device at once, which no app-level lock can do.
Does it work with both M3U and Xtream logins?
Yes. TiviMate accepts either, and the 18+ group appears the same way with both.
